Egartho is a chat app for writing Syriac: Kthobonoyo in Serto script, read the West Syriac way. It has a built-in dictionary and typing help that suggests words but never changes what you write. Egartho is for iPhone and invitation-only, so you join through an invitation from someone who already uses it.
